Memorial Baseball Game
Obituary of David Bruce Keays
Dave passed away peacefully at Parkwood Hospital after a year battling cancer.
Dave leaves behind his special sons, Jeffrey Keays (Paula), Michael Keays (Karen) and the boys’ mom Mary Keays. “Big Wave” grandpa to Simon, Hannah, Kolbe and Michaela. Dear brother of Lynda McKenzie (Dave) and extended family. Lovingly remembered by the Massel family.
Many thanks to Glen Helsdon, who helped Dave while living in his apartment.
Predeceased by his loving parents Don and Kay Keays, his 2 special friends Ron Shantz and Peter Weese.
Dave will be missed by all his farming friends, his apartment friends, as well as his Ilderton “coffee” friends.
As per Dave’s wish cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service. A private burial will take place. Donations in Dave’s memory may be made to Cancer Research or Parkwood Palliative Care.
