Ralph passed away peacefully at home with his loving wife Jo-Anne Allain at his side. Predeceased by his father, James William Cockwell, his mother Mary Hazel Cockwell (Nee Belford) and his brother, James Charles Cockwell. He is survived by his wife Mary Jo-Anne Allain, son, Ian James Bell (Kelly Armitage) and Jillian Armitage and Grandsons Cody and Dylan. Proud Member of Mississauga Fire Department for 33 years. Ralph spent his final 12 years living his dream at Riverbend Golf Communify in London, Ontario with Jo-Anne and his furry friend "Buddy".
