Obituary of William Ronald Wright
William Ronald Wright, aka Ron
A great man left the planet this past Sunday. My wife Ida Mae Moss and I had the pleasure and Honour of caring for Ron this past year as his health declined Ida spent 24/7 with Dad and we both miss him greatly. Please let it be known that he was dearly loved and will never be forgotten. Ron was a military man. He served his country in the Royal Canadian Navy where he made many life time friends. After leaving the Navy Ron met his future wife and the love of his life Kathy. They got married and promptly moved to Jamaica for work where both of their children were born. After 7 years in paradise they returned to Canada. Ron was able to retire early and spent 30+ years golfing ,curling and staying busy in many social circles. Ron and Kathy had a large group of close friends and a full social calendar. They lived a good life together and now their together again.
Ron was born on May 12, 1935 in Picton, Ontario. He is survived by his children Christine Balan and Ron Wright His four grandsons, Mathew Balan, Devon Wright, Jordan Wright and Austin Wright
His Sisters Sandra Curtis, and Sharron Wright. Memorial Donations to Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
