My dear beloved friend, I miss u everyday but feel blessed to have shared so many wonderful moments and experiences together. You will forever hold a special place in my heart…thank you for enriching my life and making me a better person.

I met Daryl, 29 years ago working in the car business. It didn’t take long to become fast friends. Daryl had a special uniqueness unlike anyone I’ve ever met, kind heart, generous soul, quick witted humour, highly intelligent a completely down to earth guy. We bonded quickly over our passion for many things, mustangs, cats, travel, board games, movies, cooking, art, family, childhood experiences, music, wine, gardening, even loved listening to his passion for the Mary Berg show and all her recipes he was going to try…u name it, we talked about it!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed spending many nights laughing, crying or in deep conversation. He always made time for our friendship, whether it be staying up late hanging out on his balcony, bbqing steaks, listening to music, meeting up after work for a beer at Mustangs or having endless talks about our cats. He loved looking at the pics of all the shenanigans we got into over the years and would chuckle when I sent them off to Mark Boardwell.

I didn’t realize until now how much I would miss our special once a month DINNER WITH FRIENDS night at your place. It was always so enjoyable, full of laughs, cigars, good times, great food. We never made it through a full game of monopoly but we didn’t care!!

You’ve touched my life like no other, hard to say goodbye so until we met again…hold a spot for me up in heaven. I love u forever my good friend ❤️
