Peacefully at University Hospital, London on May 16, 2016, Frank Tuinstra in his 46th year. Frank will be lovingly missed by his Angel of Sunshine Angela Miller and her children Johnathon, Carl, Bryan and Scott and their girlfriends Jordan, Desiree, Kirsten and Sunny. Dearly missed by his friend Chad and his children Zackery and Kristen. Franks life will be celebrated by his friends in a private celebration to share memories and laughter.
