LAJOS: Alexander (Sandor) – At Meadow Park Nursing Home on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, in his 104th year. Born in Fanczika, Hungary on January 17, 1911. Dear husband of the late Margaret (Szita) (1972). Dear father of Andy (Rose) and Alex (Jane). Beloved grandfather to Vanessa (Alan) Hartshorn, Andre Lajos and Jason Lajos. Great grandfather of Brandon, Ben and Jace. Dear brother of Eva St. Royal of California and the late Mishi, Endre, Imrie, Adel and Ilona. Alexander served in the Hungarian 1st Hussars during the 2nd World War as a 1st Lieutenant. He came to Canada on July 4, 1951. He was the greatest father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be sadly missed and loved forever by his family. Online condolences may be made at www.affordablefuneraloptions.ca.
