Claire Elizabeth Hamilton (nee Halko-Blamires)
It is with broken hearts that we must announce the death of our very beloved Claire. Claire passed away very peacefully at Victoria Hospital, London, Ontario on Sunday,October 27, 2019. Claire, wife to Jermaine, daughter of Sandra and Adam, sister to Ethan, daughter in law to Andrea and Joel, sister in law to Dillon, step daughter to Janice, step sister to Dan (Jessica), Jon (Sarah) and Jason (Katie), granddaughter to Ken and Joan, Lech and Olenka, Edel and Segismond, niece of David, Darlene, Tad, Laura, Liz, cousin to Robert (Larrissa), Jaclyn (John), Julian, Adrian and Natalie, Auntie to Anastasia, Amelia, Riley, James, Olenka and Arthur and much more family, too many to list. Friend to many, loved by all.
A gathering of family and friends to share our stories of Claire's love for others, her wicked sense of humour and her amazing musical talent will be held November 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the community Room at 10 Beechwood Place London, Ontario.
We would all like to thank the amazing staff at Victoria Hospital, Critical Care Trauma Unit for their wonderful care and support for her family during her time there.
