To the family of Fraser I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I haven't seen him in years but always had wondered where he was. I was friends with him in school and remember him as such a great fun loving person. We used to hang out quite often as he was a wonderful friend to me. We are saddened at the loss of your son and brother. The family remembers Fraser when you lived on Forest Ave in St. Thomas. He was a happy and great kid in our neighborhood. He use to come to our house on a regular visit to play with our youngest son Paul. This is a sad time for you all but we recall the pleasure of having known Fraser while he lived in St Thomas.
