Kathy Jean Martindale (nee DENT)
May 2 1950 - January 13 2023
Loving Mother of Kellie, Carmen (Mike) and Branden. Adored Grandmother (aka “Dolly”) to Carlie, Katie and Donnie. Great Grandmother to Carson and twins Beau and Evander. She will also be missed by her Nieces and Nephew. Deeply saddened by her loss, her best friend of 60 years, Terry Bruner.
She is preceded by her Mother Colleen Dent (nee Halstead) and her sisters Bonnie Bower and Judy Leng.
She had a brave battle in the last years of her life (dementia), but she stayed very strong throughout. She had a big, kind caring heart for people, family, friends and especially animals.
Although we have heavy hearts and sorrow because of our loss, we can find happiness and peace, knowing she is no longer suffering and is now in Heaven.
A memorial service will be held at the Lighthouse Baptist Church located at 213 Edward St in London on Friday January 27th at 11:00am. Pastor Powless of the Lighthouse Baptist Church will be officiating.
Memorial donations can be kindly made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church, McCormickcarefoundation.ca or the London Humane Society in Kathy’s Honor.
