Stan Whitehead
Peacefully at home after a short but courageous fight with cancer, Stanley Whitehead in his 74th year has joined his heavenly family.
Adored father and hero to Brenda, Caroline and Lisa. Proud Grandpa of Naomi and Noah. Cherished brother of Evelyn (Don), Marie (Joe) and Joan (Dan). Pre-deceased by his son Jimmy, parents Gordon and Aleda, and siblings Leslie and Audrey (Charlie). He will also be greatly missed by many friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Stan was a brilliant mechanic who could fix just about anything. He will always be remembered as a loyal, dedicated and hardworking father and friend with an unmatched sense of humour.
The family would like to thank Dr. Daniel Leger and his team for their outstanding care and compassion.
Family and friends may gather at The Church of the Epiphany's Memorial Hall on April 2nd from 2-4 pm. Interment in St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye at a later date.
