MURRAY: Ross
After a courageous battle with cancer, Ross died peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London Ontario on July 26th, 2015 with loved ones at his side. Beloved husband of Beryl for 55 years. Loving father of Leslie Quinton (Steve) and Angie McConnell (Mark). Dear grandpa of Ryan and Megan Jackson, Connor Quinton, and Amanda, Caitlyn and Maxwell McConnell all of London, Ontario. Ross was predeceased by his sister Pat and brothers Jack and Bill.
Ross was born in Sarnia, Ontario in August 1938. A graduate of Ryerson Polytech, he worked in Toronto for 35 years as a T.V. cameraman at CBC. He remembered fondly his work on Mr Dressup, the Friendly Giant, the Tommy Hunter Show, Wayne and Shuster, the Kids in the Hall, and the many Anne Murray specials.
On retirement, Ross and Beryl moved to London Ontario to be near family. He loved being a fulltime grandpa and was always there for family and friends when they needed help. He is greatly missed.

A private family service will be held at Woodland Cemetery, London, on August 22nd at 11am. Friends of the family are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life afterwards at 1:00 at the McConnell household in London, Ontario.
